Sentry Integration

Sentry logo Sentry connects error-monitoring context to Woes for operator triage. The current integration is an operator-only connection foundation: admins can connect a Sentry organization, review safe organization/user metadata, list available projects, and disconnect the workspace connection.

What It Does

Current Limits

The current Sentry integration does not yet:
  • Attach Sentry events or issues to Woes conversations.
  • Search error events by customer, release, environment, route, or fingerprint.
  • Create Woes issues from Sentry alerts.
  • Expose stack traces, request payloads, breadcrumbs, or event metadata to customers.
  • Provide automation actions based on Sentry events.

Setup

1

Open Integrations

In Woes, go to Workspace Settings -> Integrations.
2

Connect Sentry

Open Sentry and click Connect.
3

Authorize access

Approve the Sentry organization you want Woes operators to reference.
4

Review projects

Return to Woes, open the Sentry integration, and refresh projects to confirm the expected organization is connected.

Data And Privacy

Sentry is not a customer support channel and is not a Context Library source. Woes keeps Sentry connection details server-side and returns only safe status, organization, user, and project metadata to the workspace UI.
Do not copy stack traces, request bodies, access tokens, or customer-private Sentry event data into customer replies unless your team has reviewed and redacted it.
