Create and Manage Agents
Use Agents to create specialized support agents for different products, docs areas, customer segments, or API domains. When To Create More Than One Agent
Use one default agent when every customer should receive the same product and API support. Create additional agents when the answer should depend on a different context set, site, product line, or audience.Create an Agent
1
Open Agents
Go to Agents in the workspace sidebar.
2
Create a new agent
Add a name and description that operators can recognize.
3
Attach context
Choose one or more sources from Context.
4
Tune behavior
Review persona, instructions, greeting, confidence threshold, and guardrails.
5
Save and test
Ask representative support questions before routing real customers to the agent.
Test Before Routing Customers
Use questions that match real support traffic:
If a question fails, first check the Context tab for missing or unattached sources. Then tune behavior or guardrails only after the right source material is attached.

Agent Name And Color
Each agent has a display name and system color. Use these fields to make the agent easy to identify anywhere Woes shows routing or ownership.
Changing an agent name or color does not change its widget key, attached sources, security settings, or conversation history. It only changes how the agent is presented across the workspace.
